IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
Under rules established by Congress in the USA Patriot Act, our anti-money
laundering program must designate a special compliance officer to set up
employee training, conduct independent audits and establish policies and
procedures to detect and report suspicious transactions. To help the
government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record
information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this
means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address,
date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. To
ensure compliance with the Act, we may ask you to provide various
identification documents or other information. UNLESS YOU PROVIDE THIS
INFORMATION, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR EFFECT ANY
TRANSACTIONS FOR YOU. We solicit your understanding, cooperation, and
support in our efforts to comply with the Act and deny terrorist groups
access to Americas financial system.
THIS PRIVACY NOTICE IS PROVIDED ON BEHALF OF THE
